House update.....

This has pretty much been the status of our lot the past couple of weeks.
As of now, footings have been poured, but they can't do much with pouring the walls BECAUSE OF THE RAIN!!! Poor Jeff was out there yesterday shoveling mud off of the street. It's a mess. I'm praying for multiple of days of sunshine so they can get the walls poured and start framing. From what I understand, if it wasn't for the rain, they would be framing by now. To be continued.....

It's a girl!!!!

On Monday, November 30, 2009, Jeff and I found out our baby is a GIRL! Since I had been telling everybody I know that we were having a boy, I swore to Jeff that I would more than likely fall off the table if they said it was a girl. So when the ultrasound tech said that it's a girl, I didn't actually fall off the table, but my jaw did hit my chest and a big, fat tear rolled down the side of my face. I was in shock for two whole days. Then the excitement hit me. (P.S. This is my first blog post so bear with me while I get the hang of this.)
